1991

Company founded by Michel Blaquière and Denis Deschamps. Initially, Drakkar specialized in the recruitment and placement of workers in the transportation, distribution and logistics industry.

1992

Personnel placement, executive search and professional recruitment services expanded into a growing number of industries and disciplines.

Opening of first Ontario branch.

1994

In response to expanding client needs, Drakkar develops an integrated approach to human resources.

Specialized consulting services are added in compensation and benefits management, organizational development and training, as well as in occupational health and safety.

2006

Drakkar and Associates has offices in Quebec and Ontario, with more than 1 200 employees, offering enterprise-wide solutions and specialized services to meet every conceivable labor management problem.

Complex human resources mandates: outsourcing projects, contingency programs and emergency work-conflict plans.

The company celebrates its fifteenth anniversary.
